Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

At Styliket, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you need to cancel an order, request a return, or seek a refund, please review our policies below.
1. Cancellations
1. Orders can be canceled within 2-3 days of placement. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
2. To cancel an order, contact our support team at styliket@gmail.com with your order details or cancel from the shop.
3. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns
1. We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong items
2. Personalized or custom print orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective.
3. To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
4. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error from our side.
